1. After putting the CD which came with the wireless adapter into the CD-ROM driver, the computer will show you the AutoPlay window. Please click “Open folder to view files.”


2. Choose “EN” folder and then find “Utility” folder. Select “Setup.exe”.






3. Double click on “Setup.exe” icon to run the program. When it shows “An unidentified program want to access to your computer”, please click “Allow.”


4. Start installing the driver and utility of the adapter.








5. Connect the wireless adapter with your computer, the computer will automatically find the new hardware. Please click “Locate and install driver software.”


6. Insert the disc that came with your adapter, and click “I don't have the disc. Show me other options.”


7. It shows that “Windows couldn't find driver software for your device.” Please select “Browse my computer for driver software.”


8. Click “Browse” to find the driver software on your computer.


9. Find the path “Program Files/ bRoad Lanner Wave/ GW-US54GZL/ InsDrvTemp_USB” and then click “OK.”


10. When the column shows the location of the driver software, click “Next.”


11. When installing the driver software, it might shows that “Windows can't verify the publisher of this driver software,” please select “Install the driver software anyway.”


12. It says “The software for this device has been successfully installed” which means you've finished installing the driver software for the device.




13. Please open the embedded Windows wireless network connection program (Windows Zero Configuration), it will show you the detected neighbor APs. You may choose the AP which you want to connect with to configure.


14. If the AP has been encrypted, please enter the security key or passphrase to make a connection.


15. When it show “Successfully connected to XXXX (your AP)” that means you've successfully made a connection between the adapter and the AP.
