Note: Do not insert your GW-USGXS into your computer's USB port just yet.

1. Please insert the CD comes with your GW-USGXS into your computer's CD-ROM. Double click on the "Setup.exe" file. Computer will start installing the driver.

2. The installation program will guide you through the installation process. Press "Next" to continue.

3. Click "Next".

4. The installation program will start installing GW-US54GXS's driver.

5. Press "Finish".

6. Insert your GW-US54GXS into your computer' USB port. A "Found New Hardware" screen will pop up. Click "locate and install driver software (recommended)".

7. Please choose "Don't search online".

8. Click "I don't have the disc. Show me other options. ".

9. Click "Browse my computer for driver software (advanced)".

10. Click "Browse".

11. Please choose the folder  under the path of: Computer -> Program Files -> bRoad Lanner Wave -> GW-US54GXS -> InsDrvTemp_USB, and click "OK".

12. Click "Next".

13. A "Windows Security" window will pop up. Click "Install this driver software anyway".

14. Vista will start installing GW-US54GXS driver.

15. Click "OK", and finish the installation.

16. You can go to Vista's Network and Sharing Center, and start connecting to a wireless AP with your GW-US54GXS now. Click on the connection icon in the button-right of the desktop, and choose "Network and Sharing Center".

17. Click "Connect to a network".

18. Choose the wireless AP you would like to connect to, and click "Connect".

19. If the wireless AP you would like to connect to is encrypted, please input the encryption key, and click "Connect".

20. Vista will connect to the wireless AP automatically.

21. Vista will show that it's been successfully connected to the wireless AP. Click "Close".

22. Click "Home".

23. Click "Close".

24. Configuration complete. Check the "Network and Sharing Center" to see if you're connected to the Internet.
